Pamela Anderson has shared details about the special present she gave Liam Neeson on set, as romance rumors continue to swirl around the pair following a (super cute) Instagram hard-launch. 

In case you missed it, the actors have been at the center of some intense romantic speculation throughout the ongoing press tour for The Naked Gun, the action comedy they are both starring in, set for release later this month.

While neither party has officially confirmed whether they’re together — opting instead to play coy on red carpets and in interviews — a source revealed earlier this week that Anderson and Neeson are “smitten” and “enjoying each other’s company”. 

Pessimists might think the whole thing has the faint scent of a PR romance designed to drum up attention for The Naked Gun (if so — it worked!), but Anderson only fueled the chatter by dedicating an entire Instagram carousel to her co-star earlier today. 

“The Naked Gun is finally in theatres! Bring your friends, family, lovers… whoever… just go and have a laugh… it’s good for you!,” Anderson wrote alongside images of herself and Neeson enjoying some popcorn.

I’m not saying anything, but it might not be the behavior of just ‘friendly’ co-workers. 

If all that wasn’t enough, Anderson has also revealed that, while working on the film with her maybe-maybe-not boyfriend, she gifted him an assortment of homemade baked treats.

You know, typical friend stuff! “I brought sourdough bread to Liam and cookies and muffins and it kept me busy. Kept me outta trouble… It’s a very special recipe. It’s very good for you. Let’s just say that,” Anderson said during a SiriusXM Town Hall event on Friday, according to The Daily Mail. 

Delicious? Yes. Hallmark of a budding romance? Also yes!

While we’ll have to let cupid do his thing before either of them confirms or denies the relationship, it would nonetheless add to the couple’s history of starry romances over the years. 

For her part, Anderson was famously married to rock star Tommy Lee back in the 90s, while Neeson has dated Helen Mirren and Natasha Richardson.

For what it’s worth, friends of Richardson are reportedly thrilled with the idea of Neeson and Anderson (couple name: Lamela), and if it’s good enough for the ex’s friends, it’s good enough for me.
